Job Description:

  • Oversee, train, and coordinate the daily activities of staff in the Machining Department. (Onboard and off-shore)
  • Maintain the wellbeing and safety of staff for projects
  • Ensure all ISO requirements are met
  • Facilitate efficient operations, track timelines, progress, and ensure that projects are within budget.
  • Occasionally conduct personal inspections and troubleshooting of ships and offshore vessels and providing technical support to customers.
  • Develop and foster new business opportunities with clients in the region.
