- Experience as a Chief Engineer or Second Engineer on tankers (COC Class 1, 2, or 3), or at least 2 years of experience as a technical superintendent for oil tankers.
- Minimum 1-2 years of shore-based experience.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong skills in leadership, teamwork, management, and communication.
