Roles & Responsibilities

• Working as an implant at the client's location to assist with shipping and logistics
• Forecasting and planning shipments using the materials expedite report
• Work with the client's suppliers to arrange for the pickup of the cargo and to find an appropriate sailing for the consignment.
• Check in with foreign offices regarding freight costs, reservations, and the progress of shipments.
• Shipment activation, shipping documentation preparation, and UDR assignment
• Getting import and export licenses ready for customs reports
• Track the status of shipments every day and notify the appropriate parties on a regular basis.
• Attend the shipment status meeting with the client and give updates.
• Timely preparation of the quote and bills for the client's billing
• Coordinate the preparation and filing of tenders with the local and international offices.
