Job Description:
  • Identify organizational purchasing needs
  • Research, select, and procure quality products
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and delivery schedules
  • Process requisitions and provide order status updates to management
  • Determine retail prices and analyze profit margins
  • Analyze target market and purchasing trends
  • Update and forecast inventory levels
  • Coordinate transportation and track orders for on-time delivery
  • Monitor product quality and expiry, reporting discrepancies to suppliers and management
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments
  • Support team goals by achieving assigned tasks
  • Perform other duties as required

    • Requirements:

    • Diploma in any discipline
    • 1 - 2 years of buyer experience in FMCG
